1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkdb ("pkdb", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing pkdb at pkdb.bid, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

pkdb reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of pkdb after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms apply to all players accessing pkdb from Bangladesh and govern all aspects of your use of the platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game play, and customer support interactions.

2 Eligibility

To register and use pkdb, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts on pkdb.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on pkdb or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pkdb.

pkdb does not knowingly allow underage players to use the platform. If we discover that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned where possible, and any winnings will be voided.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of pkdb, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active pkdb account. If pkdb identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances and winnings in duplicate accounts will be voided.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkdb username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify pkdb support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• pkdb will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

pkdb reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

4 Deposits & Payments

pkdb accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your pkdb account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• pkdb does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pkdb reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your pkdb account balance.

pkdb does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers, or payments from unverified sources. All payment methods must be verified before large withdrawals are processed.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on pkdb are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. pkdb aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• pkdb may request identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• pkdb reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security checks or verification purposes.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing time, contact pkdb support with your withdrawal reference. pkdb will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times are outside pkdb's control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pkdb offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your pkdb account as bonus funds, separate from your real money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates are specified for each individual promotion.
• pkdb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pkdb are subject to the specific rules of the game being played. General betting rules that apply across all pkdb games include the following:

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, pkdb will void the affected round and return stakes to players.
• pkdb's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• pkdb reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds or as a result of a software error.
• Winnings from voided bets will not be paid. Stakes from voided bets will be returned to the player's account balance.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkdb and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using pkdb for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the pkdb platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkdb staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

pkdb reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Extended periods of account inactivity as defined by pkdb's dormant account policy.

When an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own pkdb account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10 Responsible Gaming
